(taken from this charming Facebook exchange, where the comments include “if this were Arizona the holes would be way bigger lol!”) -Jess I thought that threatening to kill the President was illegal … I guess that all changed when we elected a black President.  I guess everyone from Texas or Arizona are not racist because they have a “Black Friend.” EWW. I hate people sometimes.

Being away from the person that shares all of your best stories is the hardest thing. Kaitlin, I love you so hard. Come over. Bring Lindsey.   caoimhe: 2+ years ago i got to hang out with my bestie while she went through the early parts of labor. the next day (9-28!) she delivered a beautiful little boy. she’s 8 months pregnant again, but now she lives in texas. unfortunately, i won’t be there when she goes into labor. i won’t be taking wrigley overnight and cuddling with her, telling her to be a great big sister. i was offered a job (literally: days before entering unemployment) the same day that her first boy was born, and i’ve considered him my little lucky charm ever since then. and, i don’t know. i just miss kelly a lot. i really do. the fact that she was in labor and let me take a ridiculous photo of her (she posed for this, btw. this was not her labor face! only jokes!) and put it on the internet is only one single reason in a pool of millions as to why she is my best friend. and thousands of miles hasn’t changed that.
